Wellp, dad's on the line again, so I guess it's time for another session of Brain Barf, get your muckin boots on, cause here we go...
To those interested my post last night was not about ME filing Chapter 11, but the check I got for $329 and change yesterday because Agway filed Chapter 11 a few years ago. My grandfather got me Agway stock as a gift a while back and, since they've filed for bankrupcy, I'm entitled to my share of the company, that $330 was the first of four checks I'll be getting every six months, should everything go according to plan, however the letter that came with the check said that further checks were in no way guaranteed. Hey, I'm happy with $330, if I get three more, I get three more, go me!
Liz has her ten dollars, Corey has his ten dollars, and Kirby's talking to me once again, my monetary woes seem to be over for the moment. w00t.
My mom got a handheld Yahtzee game when we went to toys r us last week, and so far I've racked up a high score of 313. Suck on THAT!
Speaking of high scores, after my rawkin' 222 last week, this week I bowled an abysmal 108, 136, 125. Yecch.
Chilled with my good buddy Joel on Friday, he beat me in Baseball, we ordered lunch, played SmackDown, ate lunch, watched The Simpsons, he absolutely schooled me in Soul Calibur, which I knew he'd do anyway, cause I'm a pathetic little button smasher, then we watched one last simpsons episode, and I went home. It was a good day.
I went birthday shopping for my mother after work yesterday, spent a good chunk of money. Dad and I are going halfsies on one of the things i bought, though, so with that it's not so bad.
Yesterday I uttered a phrase I never thought I'd say, "Hey, gas is only a buck eighty-nine, now!"
I saw Fahrenheit 9/11 with my mother today and we both found it to be a very powerful piece of film. We both almost cried a couple of times, and I recommend the film to anyone with enough sense to realize how stupid this "war" is.
Mom made potato salad yesterday...that made me happy.

I'm watching a Nova episode on Fireworks, it's very cool. Yeah, that's right, I'm watching Nova and pretending to be learned (pronounced /lern-ed/)
Mom and I are going to lunch tomorrow at this place in Dover called "La Festa." Apparently it's this really good pizza place, at least...i THINK it's a pizza place...either way, it's supposed to be really good.
Well, folks, it's the evening of June 29th, I've been single for an entire year. How is it that my friend Paul, who's not even officially divorced from his second or third wife, already has another woman swooning for him, and i'm still sitting here...where's the justice there?
when they reinstitute the draft I'm moving in with you, k? I'm a real nice, quiet, normal guy, good roommate, i swear :)
8 days til my birthday, hoo-ah!
Hooray, phone line's free! You're spared from any more cranial expulsions for this evening. Bye, yall.
