So I ended up getting called in to work today, which sucked, but it all worked out cause I'll get paid more, and Kirby and Ashley ended up stopping buy and we went to the movies after I got out of work. Good times...now if only I could find a date of my own...

We saw "The Longest Yard", once I convinced Kirby to see that over Mr. and Mrs. Smith...I mean, come on...Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie versus Chris Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Burt Reynolds...which movie would YOU pick?!

So, it was a pretty good movie, I think I'd recommend it. There are a couple kinda cliche schmaltzy bits, but they don't really do anything bad. It's a remake of a 70's Burt Reynold's movie, with the Adam Sandler movie touches thrown in, like Rob Schneider's "You can DO EET!" line. And, might I add, thankfully Courtney Cox is only in the first five minutes of the film. All in all, I think it's a pretty good movie, so go see it, unless you HATE COMEDY...

Bed now, work tomorrow, ballgame missed...visit me

yeah I went and saw the Longest Yard last tuesday when I was supposed to be working(they didn't tell me I 'had the day off'). I thought it was pretty good too, even though most of the parts followed the original lines almost exactly. I thought out of all the wrestlers in it, Stone Cold did the best, especially his bit with Nelly.
