Apparently I'm quite a good ring announcer...
Surprisingly I wasn't really that nervous, I could feel my heart pounding a couple times, but over all it wasn't that bad. I took the mic in my hand, I got in the ring, and it all just worked.
It worked so well, in fact, that it's highly likely I'll be announcing their next show on March 7th, again at Good Time, please come.
It doesn't pay, cause the door goes towards the rental fee on the hall, but it's a lot of fun and all the guys are really nice, and I had a great time.
Big thanks to Malcolm and Jose who both came.
Also big thanks to all the NLP wrestlers who were completely welcoming and friendly to the new guy on the block
Pics should come soon, Malcolm said he'd burn the few he took onto a CD, with the videos he took, too (apparently I move around too much when I ring announce), so I'll post those when I get 'em, probably Tuesday.
So, yeah, it went really well. It seemed to come naturally, I didn't have any major foul-ups, and I got a crotch in my face.
