Things are goin good.
Monday was another airport trip. Mary and I finished up in remarkable time, and I was home by 4:30. My knee, however, was not happy with me. It had started hurting early on in the day, and dogged me alllllll day long. And, because I'd spent most of the day limping to various degrees my left butt and back muscles had all cramped up, and I found it quite hard to take a deep breath. But Monday night I went over to Emily's and we watched Jon Lester throw his no-hitter and then she rubbed my back and made me feel darn good.
Tuesday was class, nothin big.
Yesterday I hung out with Emily in the afternoon in her time off between work shifts. We had lunch and took a nap, hooray.
Today I did laundry and went to WMUR to record a demo with Gary so he could give me tips and pointers and direct me. Went really well, and now he's going to shop me around and report back with constructive criticism and all that. Huzzah.
Tomorrow night is NLP's "Crossing the Line" (Live from Good Time Emporium, 30 Assembly Square Drive, Somerville, MA, 7:30pm, $10), then Emily, then Toast.
Saturday is a Memorial Day thing at my cousin's apartment, which is literally around the corner and down the street from Emily's place.
Sunday is Work
Monday is Lisa's BBQ in Stoneham. Apparently Magic Mike is going... I hope he makes an ass of himself like last time, that was awesome.
That's all I got...
